What materials are used in Original Grain watches?
We specialize in combining sustainably sourced hardwoods and repurposed materials, such as reclaimed whiskey barrels and stadium seats, with premium 316L stainless steel and high-quality Japanese quartz or automatic movements.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches feature a water resistance rating of 5ATM or 10ATM. While they can handle splashes and brief immersion, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water to preserve the integrity of the natural wood.
How should I care for the wood on my watch?
To keep the wood looking its best, we recommend applying a small amount of wood conditioner or lemon oil every 3-6 months. Avoid leaving your watch in extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do Original Grain watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every watch is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects in the movement, dial, and case. It does not cover normal wear and tear or water damage to the wood.
