Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your wood and steel watch.
Package Your Item
Securely place your watch in its original wooden display box and outer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off & Process
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our workshop, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
